abbi insights is a mobile research solution that collects customer or target group data in the most fun, easy and attractive way possible with the aim of a better experience that leads to better decisions and more effective marketing activation.

  2. As a Processor, where abbi insights conduct investigations on behalf of an organization. The privacy statement of the commissioning organization applies to this type of research.
  3. In addition, abbi insights can be a Processor by offering software and hosting an abbi, software package. In these cases it is the organization itself that uses the software and hosting. This organization must ensure its own privacy statement.

So if you have a question about the protection of personal data by abbi insights, it is necessary to determine whether abbi insights is a Data Controller. When performing its activities, abbi insights observes the self-regulation of ESOMAR and MOA. This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data via the website, Apps and other mobile applications.
