Your role

As a Client Solutions Manager at Abbi, your daily task is to find, enthuse and contract customers whom you advise on the smart deployment of chatbot technology in market research, marketing activation and customer service processes. Together with them, you identify where chatbots can add value and translate this value into commercial proposals with concrete customer solutions.

As a team player, you are part of an enthusiastic team of expert professionals with whom you coordinate the envisaged solutions. It is therefore important that you have an affinity with technology and its application in (service) processes.

What do we expect from our new colleague?

  • An entrepreneurial team player and self-starter.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience on the cutting edge of business and IT and ready for a next step with at least more responsibility and room to grow 'entrepreneurially'.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • You have a good process-oriented and analytical insight.
  • You have an affinity with technology and its deployment in service processes and you are curious about the latest developments in the field of conversational technology.
  • You have good communication skills, and you dare to challenge customers.
  • You are result and customer oriented.
  • You must be able to identify with our brand values: Abbi is smart, innovative, involved, and creative!
