Privacy Statement

Who is abbi insights and what does abbi insights do?

Abbi insights is a young company that offers premium services and software to help clients successfully conduct their (market) research and customer activation issues. Abbi does this by making smart use of all the possibilities that mobile conversational technology has to offer. The feedback and activation chatbot of Abbi Insights conducts conversations with specific target groups in a fun, fast and effective way, resulting in a better response, better feedback at moments that matter, better insights and effective relevant activation.

With this privacy statement, Abbi Insights informs in what way it processes personal data. Abbi does this in three ways:

  1. Abbi Insights as data controller, For example regarding own research that is carried out without using client databases. But also related to the personal data of her clients, the readers of her newsletter and the visitors of her website.
  2. As data processor, where Abbi Insights executes research and customer activation projects on behalf of an organisation. For this type of research, the privacy statement of the commissioning organisation is applicable.
  3. In addition, Abbi Insights can be a processor by offering software and the hosting of Abbi software. In these cases, it is the organisation itself that uses the Abbi software. This organisation needs to take care of its own privacy statement.

Therefore, if you have a question regarding the protection of personal data by Abbi Insights, it is necessary to determine whether Abbi Insights is a processor.

In carrying out its activities, Abbi Insights respects the self-regulations of ESOMAR and MOA. This privacy statement is applicable to the processing of personal data via the website, apps and other mobile (peripheral) devices.
